FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for screen printing?
The minimum order quantity is 24 pieces for standard screen printing and 50 pieces for jumbo screen printing. Keep in mind that set-up fees apply to every order, and smaller quantities will have a higher per-unit cost. The more pieces you order, the lower the cost per item.
How many colors can my design have?
Typically, we suggest keeping colors to a minimum, but we can incorporate up to 10 max. Keep in mind that the number of colors your design has directly impacts the cost because more colors equals more screens. When planning out an order it is smart to plan on making at least 12 units per print color.
How long does screen printing last?
Screen prints are highly durable and, with proper care, can last as long as the garment itself. To maintain print quality, wash screen-printed items inside out in cold water and hang them to dry.
Do you offer samples?
Signature Custom Clothing does not screen print individual samples. We can apply transfers to smaller quantity orders.
